I talked to Mom this evening. She said they arrived back at the house around 4pm CST. She sounded very relieved to be home. Dad chose to exit the hospital on foot, as opposed to the typically prescribed wheelchair route - not that that should suprise anyone.
I'm very glad you are both home.

We sre happy that the surgery went well and that you are back in familiar surroundings. Take awhile to recover before getting back to your 25mi/wk running regimen! Prayers for you continue.
